Every form in Zevform can be fully styled. Access the Design tab in the form builder.

Theme Presets

Choose from built-in presets to quickly style your form. Presets configure colors, typography, and backgrounds in one click.

Custom Theme

Fine-tune every aspect of your form’s appearance:

Colors

  • Primary color — Buttons, active states, and accents.
  • Background color — Form background.
  • Text color — Question and body text.
  • Input color — Input fields and borders.

Typography

  • Font family — Choose from a curated set of Google Fonts.
  • Font sizes — Control heading and body text sizes.

Buttons

  • Button style — Rounded, pill, or sharp corners.
  • Button colors — Primary and hover states.

Backgrounds

Three background modes:
A single background color.
Two-color gradient backgrounds with direction control.
Upload a background image with three layout options:
  • Wallpaper — Full-screen image behind the form.
  • Split — Image on one side, form on the other.
  • Stack — Image above the form.

Preview

Preview your form in Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile modes to ensure it looks great on every device. The preview updates live as you adjust theme settings.

On Pro plans, inject custom CSS for pixel-perfect control over your form’s appearance.
