Discord
Send form response notifications to a Discord channel.Connect
- Go to any form → Integrations tab.
- Click Connect next to Discord.
- Authorize Zevform to access your Discord server.
- Select the server and channel.
Notifications
Each notification posts an embed with:- Form name
- Response summary
- Submission timestamp
Managing
- Edit — Change the target server/channel.
- Disconnect — Remove the Discord connection.
- Toggle — Enable/disable per form.
