Send form responses directly to a Notion database.Connect
- Go to any form → Integrations tab.
- Click Connect next to Notion.
- Authorize Zevform to access your Notion workspace.
- Select a database to receive responses.
How It Works
Each form response creates a new entry in your selected Notion database. Question answers are mapped to database properties.Managing
- Edit — Change the target database.
- Disconnect — Remove the Notion connection.
- Toggle — Enable/disable per form.
