Viewing Responses
All responses are available in the Submissions tab of each form.Response Table
Responses are displayed in a tabular format with columns generated dynamically from your form questions. Each row represents one submission.Filters
- All — View all submissions.
- Completed — Only fully completed responses.
- Partial — Incomplete submissions where respondents abandoned the form (Pro).
Pagination
For forms with many responses, the table is paginated automatically.Response Details
Click any row to view the full response with:- All answers formatted by question type.
- Submission timestamp.
- Completion status.
Data Formatting
Responses are displayed according to their question type:- Choice fields show selected option text.
- Ratings/scales show numeric values.
- Dates are formatted in a readable format.
- File uploads show download links.
- Arrays and objects are formatted for readability.
Partial Submissions
Partial submissions require a Pro plan. Free users see an upgrade prompt.
