Owner Notifications
Receive an email when new responses are submitted to your forms.Setup
- Go to Settings → Notifications in the sidebar.
- Toggle on Email notifications for new responses.
- Configure which forms trigger notifications.
Email Content
Notification emails include:- Form name
- Complete response data
- Link to view the response in your dashboard
Respondent Emails (Pro)
Send an automatic confirmation email to respondents after they submit your form.Setup
- Open a form → Settings tab.
- Enable Respondent email.
- Customize the email content.
Placeholders
Use placeholders in your email templates:@Form Name— The name of your form.@All Answers— A formatted summary of the respondent’s answers.
Respondent emails require a Pro plan and an email question in your form to know where to send the confirmation.
