Slack
Receive real-time notifications in Slack when new responses are submitted.Connect
- Go to any form → Integrations tab.
- Click Connect next to Slack.
- Authorize Zevform to post to your Slack workspace.
- Select the channel to receive notifications.
Notifications
Each notification includes:- Form name
- Response summary with key answers
- Link to view the full response
Managing
- Edit — Change the target channel.
- Disconnect — Remove the Slack connection.
- Toggle — Enable/disable per form.
