Team Members

Collaborate with your team by inviting members to your workspace.

Roles

RolePermissions
OwnerFull access. Manage billing, delete workspace, and manage all settings.
AdminManage forms, members, domains, and integrations. Cannot manage billing or delete workspace.
MemberCreate and edit forms. Cannot manage workspace settings or members.

Inviting Members

  1. Go to Members in the sidebar.
  2. Click Invite member.
  3. Enter their email address and select a role.
  4. They receive an invitation email with a link to join.

Managing Members

  • Change role — Promote or demote a member’s role.
  • Remove — Remove a member from the workspace.

Invitations

  • View pending invitations in the Members page.
  • Cancel invitations that haven’t been accepted.
  • Invitations expire after a set period.
